Buddhism is the religion that masters the four sufferings: life - old age - sickness - death
Using our consciousness to “Create the thought”, to create a conscious force so that we can master life – aging – sickness – death, so what is mastering life – aging – sickness – death? 1- Mastering our life, means that when someone curses us, we are not angry, not upset, not greedy for anything, that is mastering our life. 2- Mastering old age, means when we are old, seventy, eighty years old, one hundred years old, we do not weaken, walk steadily, lightly, without trembling, that is mastering old age. 3- Mastering illness, no illness comes to our body is called mastering illness, when we have illness, use the dharma “Create the thought” to chase the illness away immediately, that is mastering illness. 4- Mastering death, means when we want to die, we order our body to stop breathing, then at that moment, our body stops breathing, then we master death.
